What kind of products do you offer?

We offer high-quality, handmade 2D and 3D wooden maps, with or without LED lighting.

How long does it take to get my order?

Dispatch within 24 hours on weekdays. Delivery time in Norway: normally 3-7 working days (Bring/Posten).

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, 24 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Vipps, Klarna and credit card (Visa/Mastercard).

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible - we usually pack on the same day.

Do you offer discounts?

We run campaigns from time to time. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media. B2B prices upon request.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to return your purchase. Contact us by email before returning, and you will receive return instructions. If the item is not faulty, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
